Shop Policies

All packages mailed within the US are sent First Class with tracking thru the USPS. 

International packages are mailed First Class with tracking via USPS only.

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, all of the items in my shop are ready-to-ship. Custom orders will be started when the order is placed and payment is received.

Due to the custom nature of my dolls, please allow 4-6 weeks for your custom piece to be created and shipped.  If you need your items before the standard completion time, please convo me BEFORE purchasing to make sure they will arrive in time. I try to accommodate as many special requests as possible.  Ready-to-ship items ship out within a few days.

Because our dolls are completely handcrafted, I do not offer refunds.  However, if an item appears to have been damaged in route, I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Item must be returned within 7 days and must reach me with packaging and tags intact. Buyer pays return shipping.

Please keep in mind that monitor colors may vary slightly in the photos as compared to the actual product. Also, all items are handcrafted with tender, loving-care and will have slight variations occurring between like-products. Please ask about any other details that are not listed in the description regarding shop items. 

Dolls are not machine washable.
